Sumi Ink Club is part of a group show entitled “Chimera Frontiera” curated by Katie Vanderheide of Junc Gallery–the show opens with a reception this Saturday April 12th at 7:30. See you there!

“Combining influences that include psychedelic art, comics, and the DIY aesthetic of punk rock an emerging generation of artists are making a name for themselves with a stream of conscious style that reflects the hectic transformation of culture we experience on daily basis. Chimera Frontiera refers to the reoccurring role of fantasy and the fantastic in the work that serve as a point of origin from which the artists explore a range of personal agendas pathologies with humor tinged and highly charged results. chimera frontiera
